Sizing & Measurement Disclaimer

At Embroix, we strive to ensure every custom piece fits as intended. However, due to the artisanal nature of our production process, please be aware of the following sizing guidelines and disclaimers.

Important: Customers are responsible for reviewing the Size Guide and selecting the correct measurements before finalizing an order.

Industry Standard Tolerance

Every garment is individually cut, sewn, and customized by hand. Because of this manual process, a variance of +/- 1 inch (2.54 cm) from the listed measurements in our Size Guide is considered an acceptable industry standard and is not classified as a manufacturing defect.

Manual Measurement Awareness

Please ensure you follow our "How to Measure" instructions using a flat-surface technique. Measurements taken while the garment is being worn or using a non-standard method may result in inaccuracies for which Embroix cannot be held liable.

Customization Impact

Heavy embroidery or large heat-transfer applications can slightly alter the drape and perceived fit of a garment. This is a characteristic of custom apparel and does not constitute a sizing error.

Reminder: Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have entered the production phase (12 hours after order placement).

Non-Refundable Sizing Errors

Since your item is custom-made specifically to your specifications, we do not offer refunds for items that do not fit due to customer selection errors. If you are unsatisfied with the fit, please refer to our Returns & Order Policy regarding store credit and exchange options.
