Thank you for shopping with Embroix. We are dedicated to delivering your custom apparel with care and precision. Please read our shipping policy to understand how we process, produce, and ship your orders.

1. The Embroix Delivery Timeline

Your total delivery time is the sum of our Production Time and the Shipping Time.

Production Time (5–7 Business Days):
Each item is custom-made using embroidery, heat transfer, or DTG printing. Production includes order processing and customization.

The standard production time is 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), and begins after the 12-hour order modification window.
Shipping Time:
Shipping begins after production is completed. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is dispatched.

USA: 3–5 business days
International: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance

Shipping times are estimates provided by carriers and may be affected by weather, holidays, or logistical delays.

2. Shipping Rates & Options

  • Calculated at Checkout: Shipping costs are based on your address and order weight.
  • Free Shipping: Free standard shipping is available on orders over $79 and applied automatically.

3. International Shipping, Duties & Taxes

  • Customer Responsibility: Buyers are responsible for import duties, taxes, or VAT.
  • DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): Fees are not included in product prices.
  • Refused Packages: Returned shipments due to unpaid customs fees will have related costs deducted from store credit refunds.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package.

5. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

  • Address Accuracy: Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
  • Returned Packages: Reshipping costs apply if packages are returned due to incorrect addresses.
  • We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect or outdated addresses provided by the customer.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Embroix is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once tracking shows "Delivered," liability transfers to the customer. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim if needed.
