Color & Fabric Disclaimer

At Embroix, we use premium materials and advanced customization techniques. To ensure clear expectations, please review our disclaimer regarding color accuracy and fabric characteristics.

Digital Display vs. Reality

We make every effort to display our product colors and embroidery threads accurately. However, the actual color you see depends on your device’s screen settings, brightness, and color calibration.

Slight variations in hue, saturation, and vibrancy between on-screen images and the physical product are inevitable and are not considered defects.

Printing & Embroidery Variations

  • Embroidery: Thread colors may reflect light differently due to their natural sheen.
  • DTG & Heat Transfer: Ink appearance may vary based on fabric color and texture. Dark fabrics may produce slightly muted tones compared to lighter fabrics.

Fabric Texture & Artisanal Marks

Our fabrics are selected for durability and comfort. Due to manual alignment during customization, faint tailor's chalk lines or reference marks may be visible upon arrival.

✨ Professional Tip: These marks are a normal part of the process and will disappear completely after the first wash.

Material Consistency

Minor variations in fabric grain, texture, or natural pilling are inherent characteristics of certain materials and do not affect product quality.

Care Impact on Color

To maintain color longevity, please follow proper care instructions such as washing in cold water and turning garments inside out.

Embroix is not responsible for fading or bleeding caused by improper washing, bleaching, or use of harsh detergents.
